StructSURE, LLC has been licensed and building in Southern Arizona since 2017. Jonathan and Patrick Mulvena are the members; Patrick is the qualifying party on the license.

What our license actually covers

Arizona issues contractor licenses by classification, and contractors are often vague about theirs. Ours is KB-2, Dual Residential and Small Commercial — it combines the B General Residential and B-2 General Small Commercial classifications, with commercial work capped by the state at $2 million in labor and materials.

In plain terms: any residential project you are likely to have, and small commercial work — a storefront, an office suite, a mixed-use property. We are not the right contractor for a ground-up commercial building, and we will say so rather than take the job and work it out on your money.

Bonded, with a clean record

We carry a $14,000 surety bond through RLI Insurance Company, on file with the Registrar of Contractors and active since the license was issued. The state record currently shows zero complaints, zero disciplinary cases and zero resolved cases against this license.

How we run a job

One crew, start to finish. The person who walked the property is the person you call when you have a question three weeks in. We pull permits under our own license rather than asking a homeowner to owner-build, which keeps the inspection responsibility and the liability with the contractor.

Verify us before you sign anything

Do this with any contractor. Arizona’s Registrar of Contractors publishes license status, classification, bond information and complaint history for every licensed contractor in the state. Ours is #317340, active through 12/31/2027.

Look us up at roc.az.gov — and if a contractor ever discourages you from doing that, walk away.
